Two things that may help. If you are contacting us about a return or an exchange, please send the item(s) to our return center and enclose a note with your order number and instructions on what you would like to do. If you are calling about shipment tracking, please check the UPS.COM website for the latest tracking, even if it shows your package was sent with DHL. Yes, it’s crazy, but it’s a bug in our system we are trying to work out.
